Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 7–14 days of payment confirmation. This period may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods; you will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Domestic deliveries within Türkiye: Once your order is shipped, it will generally be delivered to your address within 2-7 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your city/district and the workload of the shipping company.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Company and Fees

Shipments are usually made through contracted courier companies.
Free shipping promotions may apply depending on the total amount of your order. Detailed information can be viewed during the payment process.
For orders not eligible for free shipping, the shipping fee will be added to your cart during checkout.

4. Address and Delivery Information

Please enter your delivery address completely and accurately during the ordering process. The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

When you receive your shipment:

If the package shows visible damage, do not open it in the presence of the delivery person and immediately have a damage report drawn up.
After having the delivery receipt approved by the shipping company, please contact our support team.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If you are not at the address, the package may be returned to the courier company branch or a different delivery attempt may be made.
An additional fee may be charged for re-delivery after the specified delivery attempts.
Packages that cannot be delivered or reach their intended address may be returned; in this case, you may be responsible for the reshipment costs.
