DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

This agreement, details of which are provided below, has entered into force upon electronic confirmation between the Seller and the Buyer who makes a purchase through bmlhandcraft.com.

SELLER: bmlhandcraft (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")
ADDRESS: Kızılay, Şht. Adem Yavuz Sk. No:11/2, 06420 Çankaya/Ankara
BUYER: The user who fills out the order form and completes the payment via the website. (Hereinafter referred to as "Customer")

By using this platform, the customer declares that they have read and agree to all terms of this agreement of their own free will.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The parties acknowledge that there is no imbalance between the mutual obligations, that the terms offered comply with the principles of fairness, and that they do not contain any unfair terms. The language of the contract is clear, understandable, and structured with transparency in mind, benefiting the Customer.

ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT

This document defines the terms of the order placed by the Customer through bmlhandcraft.com, the sales price, delivery terms, and the mutual legal rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PAYMENT DETAILS

The type, quantity, sale price, and shipping information of the products subject to this contract consist of the information approved by the Customer at the final stage of the order.

Payment Method: Method chosen by the customer (Credit Card / Bank Transfer, etc.).
Delivery: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer via courier within the legal 30-day period.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: Personalized Products: Products prepared according to the customer's specific requests or modified/added to them (custom design, custom size, etc.) are not eligible for return and are not eligible for refund.

Used products, products with damaged packaging, or products that have lost their resale value are not eligible for returns.

Once the return is approved, the Company will refund the product price within 14 days using the payment method used by the Customer.

ARTICLE 6 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Seller's Responsibility: The company is obligated to deliver the product complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the specified specifications.
Customer Responsibility: The customer must inspect the package upon delivery and have the delivery person prepare a damage report. The customer is responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or the customer not being present at the address.
Service Refusal: The company reserves the right to cancel the order if it determines that the products were purchased in bulk for commercial purposes (resale).

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

The order could not be fulfilled due to insufficient stock.
The customer's address is outside the delivery area.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (for non-personalized products) within the legally prescribed period.
For approved cancellations, the process is completed by preparing the necessary accounting records (expense receipts, etc.) on behalf of the Customer.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

By making a purchase through bmlhandcraft.com, the customer agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
