Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

6-Month Warranty All our leather bags and wallets are under a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This covers production-related issues such as stitching, leather cracking, and malfunctions in zippers or metal hardware. Please note that damages caused by misuse or the natural development of leather patina are excluded from the warranty.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal You may request a return or exchange without providing a reason within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Presentation of the original invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.

• Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Return Process Return requests must be submitted via e-mail. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method (please note that the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank).

Shipping Fees

• If the product is defective, shipping costs will be covered by us.

• For returns based on personal preference, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries If there is visible damage to the product upon delivery, a damage report (tutanak) must be filed with the courier officer at the time of receipt.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 7–14 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended; in such cases, you will be notified accordingly.
