📦 What’s Waiting for You in the Package?

• Digital Convenience: DXF format compatible with laser cutting.

• Practical Printing: PDF templates suitable for any home printer (A4, Letter).

🛠 MATERIALS

• Leather: 1.6 – 2.0 mm (4 – 5 oz) thickness.

• Hardware: * 15mm D-rings are recommended for rectangular strap attachments, while 10mm D-rings are ideal for rounded designs.

  • You can use either a 10mm or 15mm swivel snap hook (carabiner) depending on your preference.

• Thread: Recommended thread thickness is 1.0mm. However, for rectangular designs, a 1.2mm - 1.4mm thread can be used for a bolder look.

• Strap Dimensions: The default strap is 1 cm wide and 42 cm long. Optional: You can customize the width to 1.5 cm and adjust the length as desired. (Note: Ensure you use a matching swivel snap hook for your chosen strap width).

• Rivets: Size 33 rivets for 1 cm straps; size 33.5 rivets are suitable for 1.5 cm straps.

• Padding (Optional): For a raised and dimensional effect on lettering, 2mm or 4mm EVA foam padding can be inserted between the leather pieces.

🔧 REQUIRED TOOLS

• Sharp utility knife or leather knife

• 1 mm and 3 mm hole punches (awl)

• Hammer

• 2 stitching needles

• Clear tape or paper tape

• Home printer

📄 IMPORTANT NOTES

• Printer Settings: Ensure your printer settings are set to “Actual Size” before printing.

• Scaling: Do NOT use the “Fit to Page” option.

• Check: Verify the scale ruler included on each page to ensure the template was printed at the correct size.
