🛠 MATERIALS
Leather 1.6 – 2.0 mm / 4 – 5 oz.
20 mm D-rings x2
25 mm swivel snap hook x2
Chicago Screw x2 (6mm post length, 10mm head diameter)
The preferred thread thickness is 0.8mm, although you may optionally use a 1.0mm thread as well.
Strap Dimensions: The default strap is 25 mm wide and 1300 mm long.
Rivet Recommendations: Use 9mm cap rivets for the strap x4 (for strap)

🔧REQUIRED TOOLS
Sharp knife (Utility knife or leather craft knife).
Hole Punches: 1 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm hole punches.
Stitching Spacing: Distance between stitching holes is 5 mm.
Hammer.
Edge beveler.
French skiver (Leather thinning tool).
9 mm rivet setter/tool.
2 needles.
Clear tape or masking tape.
Home printer.
📄 IMPORTANT NOTES
Printer Settings: Before printing, ensure your printer settings are set to "Actual Size."
Scaling: Do NOT use the "Fit to Page" option.
Verification: Always check the scale ruler included on each page to confirm the template was printed at the correct size.
